Zombie. Makes about 15 8-oz servings. 600 ml light rum 600 ml dark rum 300 ml Bacardi 151 300 ml triple sec 250 ml lime juice (unsweetened) 300 ml orange juice 300 ml guava juice 300 ml pineapple juice 150 ml grenadine 300 ml sugar syrup* 20 ml Anisette * sugar syrup: two parts sugar to one part water. Alternate for a slightly bigger punch: 150 ml almond syrup (orgeat) 150 ml sugar syrup 100 ml Anisette Mix well and serve over ice. Some people use Pernod instead of Anisette, but Anisette is cheaper. If you use Pernod, adjust the sugar to taste. If the drink is too sweet, but you don't want more Anisette, add a tbsp of cheap vodka for the perfect whack-on-the-head zombie taste. There's a whole lot of alcohol in this. It's about 35 proof, but it doesn't feel like it. This is not a drink for novices. The cost of producing this is around $40 for slightly less than a gallon. You also need the guava juice and the Anisette, which are expensive and rarely used. An 8oz drink will cost around $3 in raw materials. So, for our Halloween party, we spend $200, half of our drink budget, to make four gallons of these.
