Sorry.) 3 roma tomatos 1/2 medium onion 1/2 c sliced mushrooms dash tobasco sauce 3 Tbsp basalmic vinegar 2 Tbsp apple butter 4 Tbsp olive oil basil oregano salt & pepper garlic Cook the onion, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add everything else and cook until everything is hot. You should get a pungent brown mush. The apple butter cuts the tartness imparted by the tobasco and vinegar. It works. Really.
