Tina's Grandmother's Norwegian Kringle

Mix 
	1 cube butter
	1 c flour
	2 Tbsp ice water
you'll get a nice lump of dough. Split it in half and spread on a greased
cookie sheet.

In a 2qt sauce pan, boil 1 c H2o and 1 cube butter.
Add:
	1 c flour all at once
	3 eggs one at a time
	1/2 tsp vanilla
	1/4 tsp salt

spread this on top of the other stuff and bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
Note the lack of sugar or other flavoring. Bizarre.

When that's done, spread the frosting on top:
	1 c powdered sugar
	2 Tbsp butter
	1/2 tsp almond extract
	1 Tbsp cream
	colorful candy sprinkles
